Product Description

Product Overview

PET Thermal Lamination Film combines exceptional optical clarity with robust mechanical properties, including high resistance to tearing, abrasion, and stretching, ensuring durability for demanding applications. Its thermal stability (100–150°C processing range) and chemical resistance to moisture, oils, and solvents make it ideal for diverse environments. The film bonds seamlessly to paper, cardboard, and other substrates while enabling post-processing techniques like UV coating or screen printing. With consistent thickness, adhesion, and color uniformity across rolls, it reliably enhances premium packaging, book covers, promotional displays, photo albums, and labels, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional longevity.

Applications

This film is designed for thermal lamination on both printed and unprinted paper/paperboard substrates, including applications such as book covers, posters, magazines, diaries, and similar printed media.

Operational Guidelines

Temperature Range:

Set lamination temperature between 100°C and 150°C. Adjust parameters based on production speed and substrate dimensional stability.

Pre-Lamination Preparation:

Ensure substrates are completely dry prior to lamination to prevent moisture-related defects.

Handling & Processing:

Handle materials gently to minimize abrasion, dust contamination, or surface scratches.

For dual-side lamination, allow the first side to cool completely before processing the opposite side. This ensures optimal adhesion and finish quality.
