Product Overview
This PET-based, metallized thermal laminating film features dual-side corona treatment. An extrusion-coated layer of low-temperature melt resin (activation temp.: 110-130°C) is applied to the metallized surface, enabling heat/pressure lamination to paper substrates.
Aluminum foil-like metallic finish with exceptional physical properties;
Fiber-tear bond strength with paper (failure occurs within paper fibers, not the adhesive layer);
Outstanding resistance to elongation/tearing and compatibility with post-press operations (embossing/spot coating);
≥95% corona treatment retention on the non-metallized side;
