How can the 'invisible guardians' of the printing and packaging industry reshape product value?

Pre coated film is a composite material that is coated with adhesive on the surface of plastic film (such as BOPP, PET) in advance. Through hot or cold pressing technology, it can tightly bond with substrates such as printed materials and paper to form a transparent protective film. This layer of "film coating" not only enhances the glossiness and three-dimensional sense of printed materials, but also endows them with waterproof, anti fouling, wear-resistant and other characteristics, making them the "invisible guardians" of the printing and packaging industry.
The production of pre coated films requires strict control of film thickness (0.01-0.02mm), surface tension (≥ 4.0 × 10 ⁻ N/m), and chemical stability to ensure perfect adhesion with the substrate. The process is divided into two types: melt type and solvent volatile type. The former achieves solvent-free and environmentally friendly production through hot melt adhesive, while the latter requires optimization of solvent residue issues to reduce environmental impact.
