Operational Guidelines
Temperature Range:
Set lamination temperature between 100°C and 120°C. Adjust parameters based on production speed and substrate dimensional stability.
Pre-Lamination Preparation:
Ensure substrates are completely dry prior to lamination to prevent moisture-related defects.
Handling & Processing:
Handle materials gently to minimize abrasion, dust contamination, or surface scratches.
For dual-side lamination, allow the first side to cool completely before processing the opposite side. This ensures optimal adhesion and finish quality.
