Product Description
Product Overview
The White Matte Film utilizes a BOPP base layer with a matte-finish surface on one side and dual-sided treated coatings, ensuring a yellow tint-free appearance throughout the roll. The extrusion-coated layer incorporates a low-temperature melt adhesive resin, enabling efficient bonding to paper substrates via heat and pressure activation.
Applications
This film is designed for thermal lamination on both printed and unprinted paper/paperboard substrates, including applications such as book covers, posters, magazines, diaries, and similar printed media.
Operational Guidelines
Temperature Range:
Set lamination temperature between 90°C and 110°C. Adjust parameters based on production speed and substrate dimensional stability.
Pre-Lamination Preparation:
Ensure substrates are completely dry prior to lamination to prevent moisture-related defects.
Handling & Processing:
Handle materials gently to minimize abrasion, dust contamination, or surface scratches.
For dual-side lamination, allow the first side to cool completely before processing the opposite side. This ensures optimal adhesion and finish quality.
